Hi, I’m Kristen! Wife, mother, teacher, photographer, gardener and shoe lover! Don’t let the last part fool you though. Despite my passion for fashion (and all things stiletto) I live a very simple life on a beautiful 10 acres in downstate New York with my husband Alessandro, 9 year old son Gaetano, 5 year old daughter Aria, 1 bunny, 9 chickens, and one buzzing beehive.

What began as a small backyard garden 10 years ago, has now turned into a lifestyle. Like so many other Americans, we became trapped in the high paced, technology driven, rat race of society. We realized we needed to slow down, take a step back and enjoy the life we have been blessed with.
